New Member Update

The Stren-Flex Cycling Team would like to welcome our newest addition to the team, Caleb "Little C" Arwood.  Caleb will be racing in the Juniors and is hoping to achieve the dominance that Dylan Pumpian has shown over the past two years. Caleb was recently seen scouting the competition at the Union City Circuit Race.  He has been cross training over the past weeks utilizing the seldom used "train pushing" excercise plan.

2008 Stren-Flex Mountain Biking Team

The Stren-Flex Mountain Biking Team has been busy this season with races all over the South and a few epic rides across the country.  You can often find them training on the trails at Blankets or Sope Creek.  You may even spot them on the road from time to time! 2008 Stren-Flex Adventure Racing Team

The Stren-Flex Adventure Racing Team has had an incredible year so far.  Julia Radmann has led the way with several wins already this year.  Adventure racing takes a unique blend of physicial and mental talents as the competitions test the mind and body.  Stren-Flex athletes have competed in events throughout the east coast and have proven to at the top of the adventure racing class.
